Areas of Responsibility
I provide leadership for the student conduct  and student support coordination functions of the university. I support broader Dean of Students operations such as the University Threat Assessment team and our Hazing Prevention Advisory Committee. My work focuses on fostering student success, promoting accountability, supporting student well-being, and creating safe and inclusive campus communities. I also serve as our primary administrator for our system student care and conduct records database.

Education and Experience
I have worked at WSU for over 15 years in student affairs, student conduct, student support services, crisis response, and organizational leadership. I have a passion for strengthening and simplifying systems that support students, improving campus processes, and advancing best practices in community standards, student care, and behavioral intervention.
