Areas of Responsibility
I provide leadership for student-centered programs and services that support student access, engagement, persistence, well-being, and career readiness. My work focuses on creating an inclusive and supportive campus environment where all students can thrive academically and personally.

I oversee a broad portfolio that includes enrollment initiatives, student success programs, TRIO Student Support Services, student engagement, wellness and support services, assessment, pre-college programs, and strategic initiatives designed to improve outcomes for first-generation, transfer, veteran, adult, parenting, and commuter students. I work collaboratively with faculty, staff, community partners, and university leadership to advance student success and fulfill WSU Vancouver's mission of educational access and opportunity.

Education and Experience:
I earned my Doctor of Education in Postsecondary Education and have spent more than 25 years serving students in higher education through progressively responsible leadership roles in student affairs and enrollment management. Throughout my career, I have led initiatives focused on student success, student conduct, Title IX compliance, crisis response, enrollment strategies, retention, assessment, and community partnerships.

Prior to joining WSU Vancouver, I served in a variety of leadership positions at institutions including across the country. My work has included oversight of multimillion-dollar budgets, risk management, student conduct systems, campus recreation, student leadership development, CARE teams, and federally funded grant programs.

In 2024, I was recognized with the NASPA Region V Scott Goodnight Award for Outstanding Performance as a Senior Student Affairs Officer.
